How it works
JPG is still the most compatible image format: printers, photo kiosks, older apps and most upload forms take it. The converter decodes the WebP in your browser and saves it as JPG at the quality you choose.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to transparent parts?
JPG can't store transparency, so transparent areas become white. Use WebP to PNG if you need to keep them.
Will I lose quality?
A little, as with any JPG save. At quality 90 or above the difference is very hard to see.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your photos never leave your device. You can even go offline after the page loads.
